In the event of technical impossibility of the payment gateway (depending on the payment method chosen by the participant) to execute the above financial assistance transfers directly to the recipients' accounts, the Contractor reserves the right to offer the participant to provide financial assistance (make a charitable donation) to the «Whole World» Charitable Foundation in an amount equivalent to $100. At the same time, after confirmation of payment, the Contractor undertakes to pay out the corresponding amounts to the list of recipients described above in clause 5.1, as remuneration to fundraisers for information support of the «Whole World» Charitable Foundation. If such an offer applies to the participant, then at the payment stage the payment purpose will state “Whole World Charity” or “Благотворительность Whole World”, and the recipient of the payment will be the International Charitable Children's Aid Foundation "Whole World" (ICCF Whole World). When making such a payment, the participant agrees to the Charitable Donation Agreement.
